New lyrics for a hymn

My daughter belongs to Job's Daughters. They almost always close their meetings with the hymn "Onward Christian Soldiers".

I have always loved the music for this song. The words however, I find extremely offensive.So, keeping in mind that this is a girls group, is my first verse.
